Paige - Development Coach / Case Worker

Paige has completed her Certificate II and Certificate IV in Community Services and is currently studying a Diploma of Community Services, with a focus on youth, family and children. Paige has experience working with young people and children in school settings through previous placement opportunities.

Paige works across the Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley and Reconnect programs, supporting young people to identify their goals and the pathways to achieve them. Her role includes assisting with job applications, Tax File Number registration, resume and cover letter writing, and enrolment into TAFE and other training opportunities. Paige provides outreach support and is involved in expanding Ladder’s presence into the Baw Baw Shire.

Outside of work, Paige enjoys spending time with friends and family, relaxing on the weekends, trying new food spots and going for walks.
