Who we are What we do What we do We exist to make young people’s lives better. AFL players believe that every young person deserves an opportunity to succeed. Through the players community initiative, Ladder, young people are mentored and provided with unique opportunities to achieve their goals. Our programs support young people to improve in key domains including community connection, health and wellbeing, independent living skills and education, employment and training. Where we work Our programs and services, including mentoring, can be delivered anywhere in Australia. While retaining the integrity of our service delivery, our programs can be tailored to the needs of young people in your local community. We do not believe in a one size fits all model and are committed to working in partnership to co-design a program or service that will truly engage and benefit young people in your community. If you are interested in hearing more about Ladder, and how we might support your community, please contact us at [email protected] Currently, Ladder programs and services are delivered at a range of locations across Australia. These locations can vary from time to time, to reflect the delivery of short-term programs or projects, and funding cycles. Please visit the "How we help" section to find out more about our programs.
