  1. How we help

Ladder Community Partnerships

Ladder also partners with organisations to implement aspects from our successful programs in a variety of settings.

This includes our Step Up Online program, school programs and our bespoke and holistic mentoring programs for community and job active provider organisations.

Ladder works alongside organisations to understand their objectives, intended outcomes and young people’s needs and designs specific programs to benefit the lives of young people.

We work collaboratively with our community partners to create the most impactful, engaging and informative programs.

Programs can be tailored to suit the needs of any organisation. Ladder can create a one-off workshop or a collection of one day or half day workshops over a period, or weekly intensives or programs for a set period.

We have currently partnered with:

  • The AFL
  • The Salvation Army
  • Jobfind Australia
  • Djerriwarrh Community & Education Services
  • Melton Secondary College
  • Foyer Foundation
  • Melbourne City Mission

Program outcomes

  • 92% of young people would recommend this program to a friend
  • 89% of participants were either satisfied or very satisfied with step up online
  • 81% of participants felt more aware and knowledgeable of their health and well-being
  • 92% of participants rated Step Up 4 or 5 out of 5

“My key takeaways were creating a comprehensive resume/cover letter and mental health knowledge. Ladder staff were always friendly and welcoming, and made us feel comfortable and accepted" - program participant
