Ladder Group Mentoring Ladder Group Mentoring is a face to face program that builds young people’s capability across several key life domains. The flexible program is delivered to young people who are looking to set themselves up for future independence. Key program areas include goal setting, independent living skills, health and wellbeing, community connection and employment planning. Throughout the program, each mentee is supported by one, or several mentors to work on their own unique learning needs and goals relating to specific development areas. All sessions are co-facilitated by trained Ladder staff. The uniqueness of the Group Mentoring program comes from the way in which Ladder supporters from across the AFL industry and corporate sector act as mentors and directly engage with mentees to assist them develop skills and achieve goals.
