Step Up Southern NSW COMPLETE THE REFERRAL FORM HERE Ladder Step Up Southern NSW is a new pilot program in line with the NSW Department of Communities and Justice Specialist Aftercare Program Guidelines that we will be piloting in Southern NSW. The pilot program supports young people aged 15-24 to successfully transition to adulthood through case coordination and facilitated access to local services. The pilot program aligns to existing Ladder programs that have been successfully delivered in communities across Australia since 2007 and will mirror the work Ladder currently does in Western Sydney. Ladder will deliver program content to pilot participants that will improve their social functioning, daily living skills, self-efficacy and job readiness. The 8-week program will consist of: Individual Game Plan development Individual mentoring Group mentoring Community engagement Explore education, training and employment opportunities Provide referrals into other specialised services. Eligibility To be eligible for the program, young people will: Be aged between 15-24 Reside in Southern NSW Be interested in re-engaging in education, training or finding employment Be ready to explore new opportunities.
