Partnerships

We believe that we are stronger when we work together.
From corporate, community, philanthropic, government and industry – we are proud to work with a range of organisations and individuals to combine our expertise and provide the best programs and services to young people in need.
We work with our partners in a variety of ways, so if you are interested in finding out more, please contact us on (03) 9416 0064 or email [email protected]

Case study: Ladder and ANZ volunteers

In 2019, ANZ volunteers came to Ladder with a genuine desire to make a difference to young Australians in need.

Ladder identified that program participants could benefit from group mentoring sessions that focused on financial literacy and work readiness, two topics that ANZ volunteers were well versed in.

The sessions were well received by the young people and they also had the benefit of getting exposure to corporate Australia and the vast array of careers in the financial services industry.

From these group mentoring sessions, the passion and desire to help these young people grew. ANZ volunteers begun putting their hands up to provide 1-1 mentorship to Ladder program participants.

We are grateful for the support of the ANZ volunteers and look forward to building on and strengthening this partnership into the future.

Ladder is the official charity of the AFL Players’ Association. The AFL is a major supporter of Ladder.

Ladder acknowledges the Traditional Owners of country throughout Australia and recognise their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
