Across Australia, more than 28,000 young people aged 12-24 are experiencing homelessness. Every day, Ladder works alongside these young people, supporting those affected by homelessness, family breakdown, trauma, social isolation and barriers to education and employment.

Too often, these experiences leave young people feeling disconnected from opportunities and uncertain about what comes next.

At Ladder, we help young people build confidence, develop practical life skills and create pathways to education, training and employment. Through trusted relationships, mentoring and tailored support, we help young people believe in their future and take meaningful steps towards it.
