It was another busy year for the team at Ladder. Despite the challenges of COVID-19, our Step Up programs continued to support young people in a hybrid of face-to-face and online service delivery. While it was challenging at times, the team did a fantastic job of ensuring program participants remained engaged in programs. We also saw an increase in engagement from program alumni, many of whom were also negatively impacted by the pandemic. We forged some wonderful community partnerships with likeminded organisations, working together to support even more young people and we look forward to building on these partnerships in 2022.

As the end of the year approaches, our 2021 programs will finish up with the team already planning what 2022 will look like. The Ladder Step Up Sydney program will close on Friday 17^th December and reopen Monday 10^th January. All Victorian programs will finish up on Friday 24^th December and reopen Monday 17^th January.
