Ladder is the official charity of the AFL Players' Association. Ladder works with the AFL Players' Association on a number of strategic projects, events and campaigns to help raise awareness of Ladder and our work. AFL PA CEO, Paul Marsh Chairs the Ladder Board.

Ladder is a national tier one partner of the AFL. The AFL provides back office support to Ladder and Ladder is the official charity partner of the AFL Finals Series. AFL representatives sit on the Ladder Board.

Ladder relies heavily of the support from our corporate partnerships to deliver high quality programs that make a lasting difference to the lives of young people across Australia. There are many ways a corporate organisation can support Ladder in a lasting and meaningful way:

• make a donation to support Ladder's work
• volunteer with Ladder by organising a Group Mentoring Day at your workplace
• hold a fundraising event in your workplace to raise funds to support
• sponsor a Ladder program / activity that supports a Ladder program
• support Ladder's annual AFL Finals campaign.
