The Ladder job interview outfit challenge!

Today program participants from Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley went to Big W in Morwell with their Development Coaches. Their challenge was to find an appropriate outfit within a $50 budget specific to a job they would be interviewing for.

Once they found their outfits, they had to explain to Development Coaches Ryan and Ash why they chose their clothing and why it would be suitable for the job they are interviewing for. As part of the Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley program, we support young people to secure ongoing employment and the interview process is the first big step.

The young people demonstrated a high level of enthusiasm and thought behind their outfit choices. They had lots of fun selecting clothes and were excited to prepare for their interviews.

We look forward to continuing to work with our young people and get them interview ready in the coming weeks of the program.
