On behalf of everyone at Ladder, thank you for your support this year

2022 was another busy year for Ladder and despite the ongoing challenges of COVID-19, Ladder programs have continued to deliver specialist programs and vital opportunities to young people in-need in communities across Australia.

We celebrated many milestones this year including the 4th birthday of the Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley program, launching Ladder program Impact Reports and our Step Up Sydney Independent Evaluation.

We continued working in partnership with a range of community sector organisations through Ladder Community Partnerships and commenced delivery of the Victorian Department of Education and Training’s augmented Reconnect program and pilot Navigator programs.

Ladder programs will be closed over the New Year but we look forward to working with you in 2023.
