Ladder Step Up Sydney recommences face to face programs

Ladder Step Up Sydney officially recommenced face to face service delivery in line with NSW Government advice. After many online one-on-one and group sessions, program participants and the Ladder Step Up Sydney team finally met face-to-face for the first session titled “Values and Get to Know". It was great to meet everyone in person and discuss the program's goals.

The young people shared insights on how each person has different values, strengths and weaknesses which can be used collaboratively throughout the program and for future work.

In addition, the young people received their Ladder Program packs with new Ladder Step Up Sydney apparel, notebook, pen, and bottle. The afternoon was full of chatter, laughter and pizza.

We look forward to working with another great group of young people and helping them achieve their goals.
