Ladder is continuing to closely monitor developments relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are following the advice and directives of government and health authorities and are working alongside our program partners, AFL industry partners, funders and other stakeholders to collectively shape a measured and reasonable response.

The health and wellbeing of staff and young people in our programs is of the utmost importance. While we do find ourselves in unprecedented times, we know that now more than ever, our support is vital to the young people we serve. We are planning for the potential necessity to adapt our service delivery model and are confident we can continue to support our young people through this difficult time.

COVID-19 has the potential to significantly impact Ladder and others organisations in the not-for-profit sector as well as the AFL industry.

We will continue to adapt our response based on the needs of our stakeholders and the directives from government and health authorities.

Like many, there are many challenges ahead, but we will put all our efforts into maintaining business continuity and providing crucial care and support to young Australians in need.
