Ladder staff come together for an inspiring national gathering

Ladder staff travelled from across Australia to come together for an energising three days in Melbourne last week. The focus of the national gathering was to reflect on the progress made during the first year of our 2023-2025 Ladder Strategic Plan and to further advance the initiatives for the upcoming year.

It was a great opportunity for staff to reflect on Ladder’s strategic plan as well as engage in professional development and additional training to better support the work we do with young people.

Ladder staff were able to work collaboratively with their colleagues and took time to intentionally stop and reflect on their practice.
