Since 2007, Ladder has been changing the game for young people in need.

Founded by AFL players in 2007, Ladder is the official charity of the AFL Players' Association and the AFL Finals Series. We exist because of the vision and action of AFL players, who saw the need and the role of the AFL industry in achieving social change. 

We are proud to share our legacy with you, as well as the foundations of our evidence-based programs through our most recent publication, Changing the game for young people in need: An introduction to Ladder.
