Ladder has partnered with Djerriwarrh and Jobs Victoria Employment Network (JVEN) to work with young people to become more confident in job readiness. This involves a combination of five online and face-to-face sessions covering topics such as health and wellbeing as well as education, training and employment.

As a result of the first program, 100% of participants felt more connected to their communities. Participants really enjoyed the content based around mental health and self-care, as well as hearing from AFL players. We have excitedly commenced program two.
"It's great to be working with Djerriwarrh and the young people in the Jobs Victoria Employment Network. They are very committed to finding employment and are conscious of how important their health is in achieving these goals. They are keen to learn more about how to improve this area of their life and we are happy to support them." - Fletcher Roberts, National Programs Coordinator
This community program is one of 13 community partnership programs Ladder has delivered with eight separate community service organisations. This has allowed Ladder to reach 114 young people and have 85 young people successfully complete/graduate our community programs.
