Step Up Sydney is a specialised 8-week program designed to provide support to young people aged 15-20 who have either lived or who are currently residing in out-of-home care (OOHC) in Western Sydney, NSW. Participants will also receive ongoing assistance after completing the program. Referrals for this program are accepted throughout the year.
