Next in our online AFL player series, Fremantle AFLW Captain, Kara Antonio takes Ladder young people through her at-home equipment-free exercise routine. 

Kara was one of Fremantle's marquee player signings and the inaugural captain of the club's women's team. She has played a total of 20 games and is a big supporter of Ladder.
