Ladder's very own Mentoring Coordinator and Development Coach Britt Bonnici penned a piece for the AFL Players Association on how she was inspired to help young people. 

When Ladder staff spoke at her AFLW induction camp about what we do and how players could enhance the lives of our young people, she jumped at the opportunity to become involved and support the work of Ladder. 

Britt goes on to talk about the important role AFL and AFLW players can have as role models and mentors for young people and how proud she is to be a part of Ladder and the work we do.
