Kalpana - Development Coach, Step Up Sydney

Kalpana is a very lively and tenacious person and has the desire to empower and advocate for young people in the community.

She is studying a Master of Social Work. She joined Ladder Step Up Sydney as a student placement and has recently transitioned into a Development Coach role.

She completed a Master of Professional Accounting in 2019 but her drive to advocate for vulnerable populations led her to switch her career pathways to community services.

Kalpana has diligently worked with young people and elderly clients on NDIS for 3+ years. Her career has given her exposure to work with clients and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds and complex needs.

Kalpana is very grateful to work with young people to help them achieve their full potential.
