Erinn - Development Coach, Step Up Sydney

Erinn finished 3 years of work in the disability industry where she completed her Certificate 4 in Disability Services. She has been working in the youth sector and started out as an Intensive Therapeutic Youth Worker for Mackillop Family Services before joining Ladder recently. 

Erinn is currently studying Family, Youth and Community Services with the Bradford Institute of Advanced Education and is looking forward to completing her diploma next year.

Erinn enjoys working with young people and is extremely passionate in supporting them to reach their goals. She is a family-orientated person and recently became a fur mama to a playful, friendly puppy named Freddie (after Freddie Mercury).
