Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley

COMPLETE THE REFERRAL FORM HERE.

The Ladder Step Up Latrobe Valley program helps young people aged 16-25 to improve across four key domains: education, employment and training, health and wellbeing, independent living skills & community connection.

Throughout the six-week intensive program, young people have the opportunity to participate in individual and group development sessions, group camps, community projects and work experiences. Following the six weeks, young people are provided with a further 12 months of 1:1 support from their Ladder Development Coach.

In addition to the support young people receive from their Ladder Development Coaches, they have the option to be matched with a mentor from the community to guide them and assist them in reaching their goals.

To learn more about the program, read the Step Up Latrobe valley Factsheet.
