Ladder Alumni Spotlight: Jeremy

This week, Step Up Latrobe Valley Development Coach Sarah caught up with program alumni Jeremy to chat all things Ladder and life after graduation.

Jeremy graduated the Step Up Latrobe Valley program in 2019. He joined the program looking to develop his employment skills and become job ready. With the support from Ladder staff, Jeremy's confidence grew exponentially and he walked away from the program having secured fulltime employment.

Jeremy is a shining example of the difference that the right support can make in a young person's life. His success in the Ladder program and beyond has made him a great role model for current and future program participants.
