Young people participate in mock interviews

Ladder has partnered with The Salvation Army's program Tools for the Trade and recently ran a goals and mock interview session with program participants. For most of the young people, this was their first experience of any kind of job interview so there were a lot of nerves and excitement.

Our fantastic supporters at ANZ assisted throughout the day by helping run the mock interviews for the young people and also assisted the young people to prepare beforehand.

Prior to the interviews, the young people were understandably nervous which made it all the more admirable when they came out of their mock interviews with big smiles and renewed confidence for when they go for their next job interviews.

We would like to thank our fantastic volunteers at ANZ for their ongoing support of Ladder and our programs. We wish all the young people the very best for any upcoming opportunities and know they will do well after today's experience.
