Ladder relies heavily on community and philanthropic support to deliver vital programs to young people in need.

In March, Ladder was delighted to receive a $10,000 grant from the Financial Planning Association's (FPA) Future2Foundation to support the delivery of our mentoring program.

Ladder's mentoring program provides opportunities for young people to build new skills across a variety of areas with mentors from the AFL, corporate and community sector. More information on Ladder's Mentoring Program is available here.

Julian Place, Chair of the Financial Planning Association's Melbourne Chapter said "Future2 is proud to support the Ladder Foundation and the great work they do to make young lives better. Thanks also to Ben Ross – Adviser at Shadforth Financial Group for nominating this most worthy cause."

Ladder sincerely thanks Ben Ross from Shadforth Financial Group for support with this project and thanks to Julian Place from the Future2Foundation for calling in to present Ladder CEO, Stephanie De Campo with the cheque.
