Ladder relies on the support of a wonderful group of volunteers to extend their reach and engage with the community.

The types of activities that our volunteers get involved in include;

• Community engagegement (Raising awareness and funds for Ladder at various community events)
• Skill based volunteering (drawing on your professional expertise to help Ladder on a particular project or address a specific need. Eg, a volunteer with graphic design skills may develop promotional materials for Ladder)
• Mentoring a young person person in our program
