Change in leadership
After two and a half years, Elisabeth Tuckey has decided to finish at Ladder to explore new opportunities.
Elisabeth joined the organisation in 2015 and under her leadership, Ladder has undergone a significant transformation and built solid foundations that have set the organisation up for a strong future.
Elisabeth demonstrated a genuine passion and commitment to young people and oversaw the development and delivery of the Ladder Step Up program across multiple states. This meant that Ladder could support more young people in need, including young people exiting out-of-home care in Western Sydney, and young people at-risk of long term unemployment in the Latrobe Valley.

In addition to this, Elisabeth was also responsible for a renewed focus on mentoring, the development and introduction of an evaluation framework and a significant improvement in Ladder’s awareness and engagement with AFL players and the industry.
On behalf of the Board and the entire team at Ladder, I would like to sincerely thank Elisabeth for her service and wish her well for her future endeavours.
The Board will commence recruitment of a new CEO shortly and in the meantime, current General Manager, Stephanie De Campo will take on the role of Acting CEO. Stephanie can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org or via 0411 087 177.
We look forward to continuing to work with our valued supporters and partners to ensure that all young people receive the support they need and have an opportunity to build a bright future.
